We are licensed to perform services in the state of Oregon and offer services within the Portland Metro Area ONLY Including: all Portland zip codes, plus Beaverton, Lake Oswego, West Linn, and Milwaukie.

INTAKE RESPONSE : We receive a lot of requests, and may not respond to every inquiry. We do our best to respond to inquiries within two weeks. If you have a tight timeline and are really excited to work with us, feel free to drop us a check-in email after you have submitted your bid request.

BOOKING TIMELINE: Remodel projects take time to work out details and your preferences, select materials, create a detailed estimate, line up subcontractors if needed, and account for lead time on products to be ordered before the work can be scheduled. The estimate process and project planning can take from one to two months, and the process from initial contact to work completion can be as long as 3-6 months. Things can and do move faster, and we do our best to move quickly, but many factors are outside of our realm of control. We are here to work with you until you’re happy with the finished product and appreciate your patience.

COSTS and FEES: We understand that there are companies that charge less than we do, and do not charge an estimate fee. But not all companies are community focused with a mindset to protect and accommodate their employees well-being. We strive to be a place where we can support our community through mutual aid work, running fundraisers, and encouraging good mental and physical health for our employees and our prices reflect that.
